Every request becomes a job, one customer per phone

DoneYour CRM

A request from the site is saved as a job with everything the customer typed and where they came from. A returning customer is recognised by phone.

What we did

  • One record from request to installed TV. Each website request becomes a job; the same job then moves through the steps: New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Booked → Completed.
  • Everything the customer typed is kept: name, phone, email, zip code and how many TVs.
  • The source is kept too — which ad, search or page brought the customer — so you can see later which advertising pays.
  • One customer per phone number. When someone books again, the new job joins their existing card instead of creating a duplicate.
  • Every change is written down in the job's history: who changed what, and when.

Why it matters

Nothing a customer sends gets lost, and every job remembers how the customer found you.
