Your own CRM behind the website

DoneYour CRM

The website and a private CRM now run as one system on our server: every request from the site lands straight in your CRM, behind your own login.

What we did

  • Planned the whole system with you first: what a request should contain, which steps a job goes through, what you want to see each day.
  • Built a private CRM at tvmountingus.com/admin, behind a login. Only your people can open it.
  • Moved the new website into the same system, so the site and the CRM share one place to store requests. The public pages stay fast for Google; the CRM is never shown to search engines.
  • Put it on our own server with a secure connection and step-by-step instructions to rebuild it.

│ Website (public) │ CRM (private, login) │
│ pages, quote form │ jobs, customers, │

A request sent on the site appears in the CRM at once.

How it looks

The CRM: every job in one list, with the totals on top

Screenshots of the CRM use sample customers, so no real customer data is shown.

Why it matters

No more copying requests from texts and emails into a notebook. Every request and every job lives in one place you own.
