The site moves only when it helps: a short entrance at the top, menus, answers and the photo viewer open smoothly — and everything stays still for people who turned motion off.
What we did
- One short entrance when the home page opens: the top of the page rises into place in under a third of a second.
- Motion that answers a tap: menus open, questions unfold, the photo viewer slides, cards light up under the mouse.
- Nothing that distracts: no sections flying in while scrolling, no moving text strips, nothing looping in the background.
- Respects "reduce motion": if a visitor has turned animations off on their phone or computer, the site does too — colours still change, nothing moves.
Moves: top of page (once) · menus · questions · photo viewer · hover
Never: scroll animations · moving banners · background loops
Turned off: for everyone who chose "reduce motion" on their device
How it looks

Why it matters
Motion should feel like a well-made product, not a show. Calm pages are also faster pages.
